When will I get my order?

Most orders arrive the next working day after dispatch, and many are delivered within 1–3 business days depending on location and carrier conditions. Orders placed before 11am ET are typically processed the same business day.

All Ergonist desks are carefully prepared and dispatched directly from our US fulfillment centers, ensuring fast delivery and consistent quality control with every order.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a simple returns policy. If your product arrives not as expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
What if my desk arrives damaged or faulty?
In the rare event of an issue, we’ll make it right.
If your desk arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately and our team will arrange a replacement solution, including free returns with a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
Does the desk include a warranty?
Yes — every Ergonist desk is backed by a2-year warranty, covering the frame, motor, and electronic components for complete peace of mind.
Is the assembly difficult?
Assembly is designed to be straightforward. Instructions are included with every desk, and most customers complete setup in under an hour.

Do you ship internationally?
Ergonist is currently available exclusively within the United States. International delivery is not offered at this time.
