Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event your desk arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately. We provide free returns for faulty items, including a prepaid shipping label, and will arrange the best resolution as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

“Unused” means the desk has not been assembled, installed, or used in a workspace environment, and all parts remain in their original condition.

Once approved, we offer an exchange or store credit refund, provided the return meets our requirements.
